 Warsaw Spire, developed by Ghelamco, won in the category"Architectural design of the year, Poland" in Eurobuild Awards competition.

In the beginning of October Bartels has established a new office in the capital of Poland, Warsaw. 

The design for the Danone innovation centre on the Utrecht Science Park (Netherlands) has been awarded with the BREEAM-certificate of Excellent for sustainability.
